We do not offer cash refunds. Ready-made items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Bespoke and made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

- PayPal / Card — for international orders (charged in USD at checkout).
Domestic (Pakistan): typically 4–5 working days after order confirmation. During sales or promotions processing may take 7–10 business days.
International: usually 10–15 working days, depending on destination and customs.

Yes — we provide free delivery within Pakistan on orders of PKR 1,500 or more. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We use reliable local couriers — TCS, Call Courier, Swyft — for domestic deliveries and DHL for international shipments.
Report damaged or incorrect items immediately (within 48 hours) with photos to +92 321 3264738 or email support@jbattire.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Yes — we can gift-wrap orders and include a personalised note or birthday card. Add notes at checkout or message us on WhatsApp after ordering.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We also have a dedicated Size Guide for measurement instructions. For bespoke orders we can help with measurements directly.
Yes — our couture studio offers bespoke tailoring and made-to-measure services. Contact us to book an appointment and discuss fabric and fit. Remember bespoke items are non-refundable.
We prioritise your privacy. We don’t store raw card details on our servers — payments are handled by secure payment gateways. Personal data is used only to process and deliver orders or for customer support.

Yes. We service bulk and corporate orders for events, uniforms, and retailers — contact us for special pricing and lead times.
Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings. We try to show accurate images and provide close-up fabric shots where possible.
Contact customer care with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if required. Pack the item securely with tags and invoice, ship via a tracked courier, and once inspected we’ll confirm exchange or refund eligibility.
